How do I log in to the customer panel?

To log in to the customer panel you need to:

  1. click “login” on the online shop website
  2. enter username and password
  3. click “Confirm”

I do not remember the password, what do I do?

If you forgot your access password:

  1. click “login” on the online shop website
  2. enter your username
  3. click: “Set new password”
  4. check your e-mail
  5. follow the instructions given in the e-mail

I do not have a customer account, how can I place an order in the online store?

To place an order online, you must create a customer account.

How are shipments delivered?

We make every effort to ensure that our shipments are packed carefully and reach you safely.
Goods are shipped on the same day (Mon-Fri) provided we receive payment by 3 pm. The shipment will reach you the next business day.

Couriers deliver packages between 9:00 AM and 05:00PM

The cost of a one-time courier delivery is PLN 16.00.

I did not receive an e-mail after placing an order. What do I do?

Have you ordered something from our store and not received an e-mail with a pro forma invoice, VAT invoice and confirmation of payment to your mailbox?
It is possible that the above emails went to your SPAM mailbox. Check if they are there.

Message: the e-mail address provided already exists in our system

When you tried to log in you received the message: “The e-mail address provided already exists in our system”, perhaps it is an address stored in the mailing list.
If you would like to have a full account in our system, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the “Set new password” option – you will need to have access to the e-mail address provided.
  2. Complete the address and personal details.

If you do not have access to the e-mail address provided, go to the “Register” option and use a different e-mail address.
